Attitude
We are not a traditional organisation. We are a group of people who take responsibility.
Vibes4Future is supported by individuals who combine professional expertise with a clear commitment to social responsibility. All board and core team members act transparently, responsibly, and in accordance with the charitable purpose of the association.
Every role serves the mission exclusively: all functions on the board and in the core team are performed on a voluntary basis, without personal financial interests and without personal financial gain.
Motivation
The idea behind Vibes4Future did not arise from a strategy — but from reflection. In conversations, deliberations, and honest moments of pause, we realized something simple yet profound: we were fortunate. No serious illness, no disability, no life-changing fate that would have limited our independence.
At the same time, we know that this is not true for everyone. Many people face challenges they did not choose and could never control. We believe that people who are doing well have a responsibility — not out of guilt, but out of gratitude. Giving back should be a natural part of living together in a society.
Like many others, we donated regularly. But over time, a growing unease remained:
— Where does the money really go?
— How much of it actually reaches the people who need support?
— What concrete impact does it have?
We didn’t want any more campaigns, advertising, or abstract promises. We wanted clarity, transparency, and real results. That’s why we decided to build something ourselves — not to replace existing organizations, but to create a structure we could fully stand behind, based on gratitude, responsibility, and trust.
We can do this today because life allows us to: our children are grown up, we can consciously take time for ourselves, and we are at a stage in our lives where perspective, experience, and responsibility come together. Vibes4Future is our way of translating gratitude into action — well-thought-out, transparent, and with a long-term impact.
Board
André Saile
PresidentAs President of Vibes4Future, André Saile is responsible
for the strategic direction, governance, and alignment of
the association's activities with its non-profit mission.
His motivation is driven by a sense of responsibility and
gratitude, with a strong focus on transparency, long-term
impact, and accountable use of funds. He is committed to
building a structure that creates real value for people
with limited mobility and earns lasting trust from
partners and the community.
André is also co-founder of FutureVibes, the technology
company that provides Vibes4Future's technical
infrastructure at cost. This dual role is disclosed
openly, in line with Swiss nonprofit governance standards
(ZEWO). He steps aside from any decision where a personal
interest exists.
Markus Koch
Board MemberAs a board member of Vibes4Future, Markus Koch contributes
to strategic decision-making, governance, and responsible
oversight of the association's activities. His motivation
is rooted in a strong sense of social responsibility and
the conviction that sustainable impact requires clear
structures and transparency. He supports the association's
long-term orientation and ensures that decisions remain
aligned with its non-profit purpose and values.
Markus is also co-founder of FutureVibes. This dual role
is disclosed openly, in line with Swiss nonprofit
governance standards (ZEWO). He steps aside from any
decision where a personal interest exists.
The board is responsible for strategic direction, governance, and the use of funds. The core team supports implementation and daily operations.
Core Team
We collaborate with external advisors and experts on a project basis. Advisory roles are added transparently as the association grows.
