For us, transparency means one thing above all: consciously taking responsibility — towards the people we support, and towards everyone who places their trust in us.

Our structure ensures that decisions are comprehensible, transparent, and made exclusively in the interest of our charitable purpose. Trust, to us, is not built through promises — but through things you can verify for yourself.

Where Your Donation Goes

Donations are used for one thing: the charitable mission. Your contribution flows directly into the projects that support people with limited mobility.

Only the essential running of the association is covered from operating costs — and even there, the management works entirely on a voluntary basis. There are no profit distributions, no shareholdings, and no personal financial benefits. Every franc serves the purpose, not the people who run it.

Clear Structure, No Grey Areas

Vibes4Future is led by a clearly defined board that carries strategic, legal, and organisational responsibility. Operational tasks are organised project by project and implemented in a structured way. Roles, responsibilities, and decision-making powers are clearly defined — leaving no room for overlaps, conflicts of interest, or informal power structures.

Voluntary

All roles within Vibes4Future are performed on a voluntary basis — no one profits personally from the work.

Independent

No profit distributions, no shareholdings, no economic interests of our own. The association answers only to its purpose.

Purpose-Driven

Every decision serves exclusively the charitable purpose — nothing else.

Transparency as Standard

Transparency is not an add-on for us — it is the standard. We make our work open and verifiable in four concrete ways:

✓ Projects and initiatives are communicated openly.
✓ The use of funds is documented transparently.
✓ Progress and results are publicly available.
✓ New partners, advisors, and roles are presented transparently.

We also work with external advisors and experts on a project basis when outside expertise is useful — but these roles are clearly bounded and hold no decision-making power over the association. Advice supports; responsibility stays internal.

And where it makes sense, we actively involve supporters, members, and the community through feedback, prioritization, and open communication. We don’t see governance as a closed space, but as a living, responsible process.
