We are pleased to announce that Vibes4Future has been officially entered in the Commercial Register of the
Canton of Bern as of June 9, 2026, under the company number CHE-473.750.375.

This registration marks an important step in our development as an organization — and it comes with a change you may have noticed: our name.

From Vibes4Foundation to Vibes4Future

When we founded the association in early 2025, we chose the name Vibes4Foundation. During the registration process, however, the Commercial Register of the Canton of Bern required a name change. The term “Foundation” (Stiftung) is a protected legal designation in Switzerland, reserved for organizations established under specific legal provisions (Art. 80 ff. ZGB). As a registered association under Art. 60 ff. ZGB, we were not eligible to carry that name.

We chose Vibes4Future — a name that reflects not just our legal form, but our outlook. We are not looking back. We are building forward: toward a future where mobility is a right, not a privilege.

What stays the same

Our mission, our values, and our commitment to transparency remain unchanged. We are still the same team, the same purpose, and the same promise: to support people with limited mobility through assistive technology, therapy,and direct aid — 100% nonprofit, managed entirely by volunteers.
