FutureVibes & Vibes4Future — How the Two Are Connected
FutureVibes started as a technology company with a clear vision: building software that makes blockchain and token technology accessible and usable. Out of that work grew a second idea — what if this technology could change the way charitable organizations earn trust?
FutureVibes provides the technical infrastructure that makes this possible — the ChariToken system, the Vibes4Steps app (available on iOS and Android), and the upcoming governance DAO — at cost, without profit. Both organizations share two co-founders: André Saile and Markus Koch. We disclose this openly, in line with Swiss nonprofit governance standards (ZEWO). Board members recuse themselves from ynay decision in which they habe a personal interest. No funds flow from Vibes4Future to FutureVibes as profit, in either direction.
About $VIBES
$VIBES is a token created independently by FutureVibes. It is not issued or managed by FutureVibes or Vibes4Future. 5 million $VIBES have been allocated to Vibes4Future as part of the token distribution and are held in the association’s wallet. This allocation has already taken place. The token is technically tradeable but currently has no meaningful market value in fiat currency.
Vibes4Future does not promote $VIBES and does not make any claims about its future value. If a meaningful market develops in the future, the association may use its allocation to support its mission — but this is a possibility, not a promise. The association’s work is funded by donations.
Supporting Vibes4Future does not require owning or interacting with $VIBES in any way.
Our goal is full traceability
Once the governance platform
is live, every allocation of charitable funds will be
recorded on the blockchain — visible to donors, auditors, and the public. Supporters will be able to see how their contribution translates into impact, and vote on which projects receive funding.
This system is currently in development. We will announce the launch on our website and social channels.
Why transparency needs more than a promise
One of the fundamental challenges in charitable giving is accountability. Where does the money go? How is it used? Is it making a difference?
Vibes4Future is built to answer these questions — using blockchain technology not as a buzzword, but as a practical tool for transparency. Once our governance platform launches, every allocation of charitable funds will be traceable, and every supported project verifiable — by donors, auditors, and the public.
